This information has been provided to assist with your day-to-day interactions with our contracted health plans and includes the location, web address and direct contact information for each payer, if available. For issues or concerns that may require contacting a payer directly, consider letting the IPA intercede on your behalf as that is part of the service we provide to you, our members. Please note, adding new doctors to your practice and all other credentialing matters with these contracted health plans should be brought to the IPA first to expedite the application and credentialing process with these health plans.
