Established in 1991, the Choice Plus Network is a professional association of community-based physicians from the Greater Lawrence area in the Merrimack Valley of Massachusetts. Membership in the Choice Plus Network is offered to all physicians with medical staff privileges at Lawrence General Hospital in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

Member benefits include access to health plan contracts, consolidated credentialing services, quarterly member newsletter, data analysis and reporting, peer support for both physicians and their office staff and networking. With more than 250 members representing practice arrangements ranging from the solo practitioner to a community health center, the Choice Plus Network is an important linkage for physicians navigating today's complex health care environment.

The Lawrence General IPA doing business as the Choice Plus Network and the Choice Plus PHO are professional associations of physicians affiliated with Lawrence General Hospital in the Merrimack Valley of Massachusetts (MA). The Independent Practice Association (IPA) represents primary care physician practices and specialist physician practices as well as all other physicians with medical staff privileges at Lawrence General Hospital. Membership benefits of the Choice Plus IPA and PHO include access to health plan contracts, consolidated credentialing services, a quarterly member newsletter, peer support and networking. Lawrence General IPA has been representing and advocating for physicians in the Greater Lawrence area since 1991.
